HOUSEKEEPING INFORMATION
Tea and Coffee facilities are provided for you in your room. Should you require any additional items, please contact Reception and they will be happy to help.
Please check out of your room by 11 am. Should you require a late check-out, please enquire at Reception – we will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that late check-outs are not always possible.
If you require additional towels, blankets, sheets, or pillows, please contact reception by calling 601 from the phone in your room; they will be happy to assist you.
Our rooms are all non-smoking – this includes e-cigarettes. We thank you for your cooperation.
Heating – all our radiators have thermostatic valves, which will enable you to control the temperature of your room. Please be mindful that this can take some time.
Toiletteries - reception has toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, sewing kits and sanitary items available on request, free of charge, should you need them.
Notepads and pens are also available on reception on request.
Baby items - we have travel cots and high chairs available on request.
